2. Refunds

• Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

• Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, missing parts, or damaged packaging).

• Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Exchanges

• Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, orders may already be in the process of shipping and may not be eligible for cancellation.
