• Express Shipping: Need it faster? We offer express shipping for an additional fee. Express orders usually arrive within 2-5 business days.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the payment option you choose. We work hard to keep our rates affordable!

2. International Shipping

• We currently do not ship physical products internationally. 

3. Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During high-demand periods (such as holidays or sales), processing may take a little longer. We will keep you updated if there is any delay.

• Once processed, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery. Just follow the link in the email, or enter your tracking number on the shipping provider’s website.

• Please note that estimated delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as weather or freight provider delays.

• If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you.
